Take a biscuit crush . Take a grinder jar add biscuits and butter mix and grind make a powder.
Take a big bowl add biscuit powder,condensed milk,tutti frutti and water mix make a cake dough.
Take a pressure cooker then cooker is hot.
Take a cake batter mix 1 pouch of eno mixed.
Take a cake pan greased and pour batter and set in cooker and garnish tutti frutti and cover with lid without whistle.
Then bake in 40 minutes.
